Account Manager

The role

The team is keen to hire a fantastic Account Manager. You’ll naturally be attracted to great creative work and be someone who loves to understand what makes a brand a great brand. Someone curious, energetic and happy taking the initiative. 

You’ll manage and coordinate accounts and the projects within the account. You’ll be working with the client on the day to day, supporting and developing a good relationship, and working with the team to ensure excellent work is delivered across their business. So you’ll need to be happy taking ownership and running with things, whilst supporting others in the team. 

You’ll manage the design development and production management process from initial conception through to final delivery.

You’ll work on briefs and estimates, working with the Directors for guidance and approval. 

You’ll be responsible for keeping the team aware of any change in resource needs, expectations deadlines etc.

You’ll attend client meetings and be proactive in developing existing client relationships further.

You’ll be responsible for managing finances. 

You’ll be looking for a creative, collaborative team where you can learn and develop your client services skills further. You’ll have experienced people to learn from and mentor you when needed, but will always be given the room to develop your own personal style of working and feel the satisfaction of owning your own role. There is plenty of scope at the agency for this Account Manager to develop their career further and the agency has an excellent track record of mapping out future growth for its employees.
